Dr. Madani and the staff at Charles Street Dental treat you like you are part of their family. They are always so welcoming. They recommend and provide care like they would to one of their family members. I try to be knowledgeable about taking care of my teeth and they always take the time to answer any questions I have.

You’d be doing yourself a disservice going to any other dentist. They are compassionate and truly care about each of their patients. I always have a lot of anxiety about both the procedure and cost and they take the time to discuss options and prioritize care before anything else. Dr. Madani and everyone in the office are extraordinary, 5 stars is truly not enough!!

Upon entering Charles Street Dental, I was greeted by friendly office ladies. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
 
I had friendly conversation with Tia, who did my x-rays. Michelle was my dental hygienist. She thoroughly assessed my gums and explained her findings. These two made me feel relaxed and I can tell they enjoy and respect their careers.
 
Dr. Madani is kind and genuine. She values her patients and I can see she truly cares for her patients wellbeing. She completed an assessment and explained my treatment plan afterwards.
 
Charles Street Dental sets the bar very high. Im pleased to find a dental practice that will provide high-quality dental care. I’m looking forward to my follow-up visits.

I was previously with this Dental Group and life circumstances led me away. After a horrifying experience with another Dental office where I felt completely lost and in so much pain, I prayed for help. I remembered this office and called in and was scheduled for the next day. The office was just how I remembered, friendly empathetic and the most caring staff I have ever encountered. I have learned a hard lesson and I am so thankful to have this office for my future dental needs. I'm still scared for the future but I firmly believe I am in the best, most capable hands. I will NEVER EVER go to any other dentist and I highly recommended this dental practice for anyone who has a fear of dentist. Thank you again so very much for your kindness, empathy and care!

I have been coming here since 2006. It’s the best dentist office I’ve ever visited and I have no plans of changing!

I'm a new patient at Charles Street Dental, and I had a great experience during my first visit. Dr. Madani made a point to meet me and chat with me a bit at the end of my exam, and the other doctor (whose name I have forgotten, I feel badly about that!) was kind and thorough during the cleaning. The hygienist was great, and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. I'm very happy to have these folks as my new dentists.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Madani and simply cannot suggest her practice enough! From the incredibly welcoming front desk staff to the kind, considerate and consent-based hygienists to Dr. Madani herself, I always feel so well cared for when I stop in for a cleaning. Before I started coming to Charles Street Dental, I was petrified of the dentist, but now I make it to all of my cleanings, got all my cavities filled and even got two caps on teeth that really needed it.
